Complete the application
Four guided steps cover who you are, your background, your project and how you would use the funds. Most people finish in about ten minutes. Your progress is saved on your device, so you can come back to it.
- 2
Instant confirmation
When you submit, you will see a confirmation with a unique reference number. Keep it handy — it is the fastest way for us to find your application if you contact us.
- 3
Eligibility screening
Our team checks each application against the basic requirements of active grant programs: location, applicant type, category, and the amount requested.
- 4
Detailed review
Eligible applications are read in full. Reviewers look at the clarity of your plan, the realism of your budget, the impact of the funding and your ability to deliver it.
- 5
Notification
If you qualify or are selected, we contact you by email or phone with next steps. This may include a short call or a request for additional documents.
How long does it take?
Review times depend on the number of applications and the funding cycles of our program partners. Most applicants who qualify hear from us within four to eight weeks. Because volumes are high, we are not able to contact every applicant who is not selected — if you have not heard from us within twelve weeks, your application was not matched this cycle.
Tips for a stronger application
- Be specific. "Buy a $3,200 commercial oven to double weekly output" beats "grow my bakery".
- Show your track record. Past projects, customers, qualifications or volunteer work all count.
- Request a realistic amount. Tie it to actual costs. A short budget as a supporting document helps.
- Explain the impact. Who benefits, and how will you know the grant made a difference?
- Check your contact details. We can only reach you through the email and phone you provide.
One application per person
To keep things fair, each person may submit one application per cycle. Duplicate submissions using the same email address or phone number are declined automatically. If you need to update something, contact us with your reference number instead of reapplying.
