By using the Grant Finder website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
Grant Finder provides a free online application through which individuals and organizations can be assessed for grant funding. We review applications and contact applicants who qualify or are selected. We may change, pause or end the service, or any grant program, at any time.
2. Eligibility to apply
You must be at least 18 years old and, if applying for an organization, authorized to act on its behalf. You may submit one application per funding cycle.
3. Your application
- You must provide information that is true, accurate and complete, and keep your contact details current.
- You must own, or have permission to share, any documents you upload.
- Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or misleading applications will be rejected and may be reported.
- You grant us permission to use your application to assess eligibility and, if shortlisted, to share it with relevant funding partners.
4. No guarantee of funding
Submitting an application does not create any right to receive a grant. Decisions are made at our and our partners' sole discretion, and awards may be smaller than requested. We are not obliged to give reasons for a decision or to notify applicants who are not selected.
5. No fees
We never charge applicants to apply or to receive a grant. Any request for payment claiming to come from us is fraudulent — please report it via our contact page.
6. Grant awards
If you are selected, the award will be governed by a separate grant agreement setting out the amount, conditions, reporting requirements and any circumstances in which funds must be returned.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading malicious files, scraping, overloading our systems, or interfering with advertising (including generating artificial clicks or impressions).
8. Content and intellectual property
The site's design, text and graphics belong to Grant Finder or its licensors. You keep ownership of everything you submit.
9. Third-party links and advertising
The site may display third-party advertising and links. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and their inclusion is not an endorsement.
10. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a decision not to award a grant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
